| Tasks |
- Develop and maintain commercial product group's business strategy and product plans for assigned market segments.
- Actively develop, implement and execute against tactical strategies as required with the coordination of marketing, sales, technical, advertising, manufacturing and field personnel to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- Relentlessly monitored competition and recommended product mix, pricing, positioning and for assigned markets in order to meet management's business plan objectives.
- Accurately forecasted sales and profit data for assigned product groups.
- Coordinate all tasks and activities to ensure effective product launches, including but not limited to new product line requirements as defined by end user needs, line/product positioning with the brand and relative to competition and other brands, marketing plans, event marketing coordination, product literature, training, and setting product launch inventory.
- Monitored and identified market segments and industry product trends, anticipated effect on assigned products, and recommended strategies and tactics to achieve financial objectives.
- Maintained close contact with sales force, distributors and group companies to continue to strengthen the assigned market segments, profit and growth strategies across all channels of distribution.
